These days have been busy in garden, in school and in life generally. We did take a break for the day and head down to the zoo with friends. It was such a fun day.

Speaking of sleeping cats, we had 5 kittens born in the barn last night. |

The upper field is a carpet of sweet smelling white clover but these two little buds of red clover popped up as well. |

And I'm very excited because my Queen Ann's Lace is starting to bloom. |
Jack and I have finished planting all the garden spots. He's begun constructing some new tomato supports for me. This mom is certainly glad he enjoys working outside with me! He is such a help.
